How to use the candle and cautions
1. Dripping, shrinkage, and cracking on the surface are natural phenomena and do not cause any problems when used, so it is not subject to exchange or return.
2. When using for the first time, use enough to melt to the edge of the candle.
3. Keep the wick at 5mm to prevent sooting, and cut the wick to about 5mm before use.
4. After use, dip the wick into the wax to extinguish the flame.
5. Do not use when sleeping or going out.
6. Keep away from pets, children, and direct sunlight.
7. Be sure to ventilate after use.
8. Exchanges and returns due to consumer mishandling are not accepted.
Cautions for use
1. Do not use for any other purpose.
2. Keep out of reach of children.
3. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat.
4. Provide adequate ventilation when using in an enclosed space.
5. Be aware of possible fire hazards.
6. Do not subject the candle to shock, such as dropping it.
7. Do not tip over or use at an angle.
8. People with sensitive or damaged skin should avoid prolonged contact with the product.
First Aid
1. If contents are eaten or swallowed, give first aid and consult a doctor immediately.
2. If medical attention is required, show product container or labeling information.
3. If breathing becomes difficult due to inhalation, move to fresh air and stabilize in a position that makes breathing easier.

1. Order cancellation
- Cancellation cannot be made after 12:00p.m. on the next day of the order date, though the shipment hasn’t begun.
- If the product hasn’t shipped yet, the cancellation can be made before 12:00p.m. on the next day of order date through email or channel talk
- When ordering through deposit, order cancellation before payment is done if payment isn’t made within 3 days.
- If cancellation is received/approved after shipping due to private reasons, then you must pay for round-trip delivery rate to your location.
2. Exchange/Refund
- Exchange/refund request can be registered through email(or channel talk) within 7 days after delivery.
- The round-trip shipping rate is charged to the customer for exchange/refund due to customer’s private reasons.
- If refund is approved after request, then we will guide you in regard to the refund charge and round-trip delivery fees.
- If the product is different from our description/advertisement on the page, or you are eligible for exchange/refund due to product malfunction or wrong delivery, then the shipping rate for refund/exchange will be paid by our company.

- The international shipping price differs according to the weight and rate set by the shipping company (box weight included).
2) Delivery Date
- Generally, delivery is completed within a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 business days after payment is completed.
- The delivery date may change depending on the country, product inventory, customs, and other factors.
