- 변색된 경우 은 전용 세척제나 폴리싱 천으로 변색을 제거할 수 있습니다.

4. Avoid contact with hard objects that may cause scratches or other damage.
5. There may be slight discrepancies in size based on measurement medhods used.
6. Friction between items may cause scratches.
7. Due to the nature of the manufacturing operation of Epoxy, there may be a few dust or small air bubbles.

- 925 silver is 92.5% silver and has a soft characteristic, and pulling or bending with excessive force may cause deformation or breakage.
- Due to the manufacturing process of 925 silver, there may be small scratches or stains.
- In case of tarnish, the tarnish can be removed with a silver cleaner or polishing cloth.
- It is 925 silver product minimized allergies, but it varies depending on the individual's sensitivity. Please check and refer this before purchasing.
1. Order cancellation
- Cancellation cannot be made after 12:00p.m. on the next day of the order date, though the shipment hasn’t begun.
- If the product hasn’t shipped yet, the cancellation can be made before 12:00p.m. on the next day of order date through email or channel talk
- When ordering through deposit, order cancellation before payment is done if payment isn’t made within 3 days.
- If cancellation is received/approved after shipping due to private reasons, then you must pay for round-trip delivery rate to your location.
2. Exchange/Refund
- Exchange/refund request can be registered through email(or channel talk) within 7 days after delivery.
- The round-trip shipping rate is charged to the customer for exchange/refund due to customer’s private reasons.
- If refund is approved after request, then we will guide you in regard to the refund charge and round-trip delivery fees.
