신승훈 8집 "The Shin Seung Hun” LP 발매!
대한민국 황제라고 불리우는 신승훈의 8집 앨범이 2LP로 재 발매된다. 조용필에 이어 역대 음반판매량 2위(약 1700만장)를 기록하고있는 신승훈은
1990년대 1위를 가장 많이 한 가수이며 1990년대 1위를 가장 많이 한 작곡가이자 대한민국에서 최초로 국민가수 호칭을 받은 가수이며 기네스북에도 올라가 있는 14주 연속 1위이라는 기록을 보유하고 있다. 7연속 밀리언셀러와 함께 1집부터 10집까지 골든디스크를 10회(대상은 2회) 연속 수상한 유일한 가수이다
8집 앨범 역시 전곡을 작곡하고 프로듀싱까지 했으며 기존 신승훈류의 발라드 뿐 아니라 뉴에이지에 발라드를 접목 시켰고 모던락, 펑키 등 다양한 음악을 수록하였다.
