이는 대부분 디스크 제작 불량이 아니라 수평, 침압 설정 등이 원인입니다.
기기 문제로 인해 발생하는 재생 불량 현상에 대해서는 반품/교환이 불가하니 톤암 조절이 가능한 기기에서 재생하실 것을 권유드립니다.
2) 정전기와 먼지로 인해 재생이 원활하지 않은 경우가 있습니다.
전용 제품으로 이를 제거하면 대부분 해결됩니다.

[ 음반소개 ]
황금기를 마감하며, 앞으로 자신들에게 일어날 커다란 변화를 예고하는 앨범
[송골매 4]는 송골매의 붕괴 조짐이 보이는 음반이다. 모노톤으로 채색된 재킷의 분위기는 같은 검은 재킷이지만 은박의 화려한 로고로 등장한 세 번째 앨범과 그 무게감부터 확실히 다르다. 또 재킷 뒷면의 역시 흑백으로 처리된 멤버들의 얼굴들 역시도 비장하리만치 심각하다. 심지어 김정선의 경우 아예 뒷모습을 담았다. 고감도 필름을 쓴 듯 알갱이가 굵은 사진의 입자도 그러한 분위기에 일조하고 있다. 하지만 위기를 음악적 도약의 발판으로 삼았던 흔적을 알아채는 것 역시 어렵지 않다.
시퀀스와도 같이 리듬을 단순화시킨 독특한 뉴웨이브 스타일의 ‘난 정말 모르겠네’로 꾸준히 하이틴 팬을 공략하는 한편 슬로우 넘버와 로커빌리 스타일로 다양성을 모색한 배철수의 의도, 밴드 내에서 입지를 더욱 확고히 다진 김정선의 확실한 자리 메김, 세션 연주인과 전문 편곡자를 통해 음악적 욕심을 펼쳐 보였던 구창모의 밴드 내 마지막 행보는 지문처럼 음골에 남았다. 가장 높이 날아올랐던 송골매의 황금기를 마감하며, 앞으로 그들에게 일어날 커다란 변화를 예고하는 앨범이었던 것이다.
하지만 앨범 발매 이전 이미 구창모의 독립은 결정되어 있었다. 아쉽지만 변신을 시도하며 밴드의 위기를 극복하기 위해 단행했던 4집 앨범 수록곡에서의 실험들은 제대로 무대에 오르지 못한 채 지워졌다.

1. Order cancellation
- Cancellation cannot be made after 12:00p.m. on the next day of the order date, though the shipment hasn’t begun.
- If the product hasn’t shipped yet, the cancellation can be made before 12:00p.m. on the next day of order date through email or channel talk
- When ordering through deposit, order cancellation before payment is done if payment isn’t made within 3 days.
- If cancellation is received/approved after shipping due to private reasons, then you must pay for round-trip delivery rate to your location.
2. Exchange/Refund
- Exchange/refund request can be registered through email(or channel talk) within 7 days after delivery.
- The round-trip shipping rate is charged to the customer for exchange/refund due to customer’s private reasons.
- If refund is approved after request, then we will guide you in regard to the refund charge and round-trip delivery fees.
- If the product is different from our description/advertisement on the page, or you are eligible for exchange/refund due to product malfunction or wrong delivery, then the shipping rate for refund/exchange will be paid by our company.

4. Delivery Information
1) Shipping Charge
- The international shipping price differs according to the weight and rate set by the shipping company (box weight included).
2) Delivery Date
- Generally, delivery is completed within a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 business days after payment is completed.
- The delivery date may change depending on the country, product inventory, customs, and other factors.

3) Precautions (The delivery date may be inevitably delayed due to the circumstances below. We ask for your kind understanding.)
