[ 줄거리 ]
‘메그’는 남편과 이혼 후, 딸 ‘세라’와 함께 뉴욕 맨해튼의 고급 주택에 이사 오게 된다.
엄청난 자산가가 살던 그 집에는 외부와 완벽하게 차단된 안전 공간인 패닉 룸이 있고, 그 안에는 집 안 곳곳을 볼 수 있는 수많은 모니터와 별도의 전화선, 물과 비상약 등이 구비되어 있다.
그런 가운데 아직은 낯선 집에서 첫날밤을 보내게 되는 그들 앞에 세 명의 무단 침입자가 나타난다.
‘주니어’, ‘버넘’, ‘라울’은 패닉 룸 안에 숨겨져 있는 거액의 돈을 차지하기 위해 저택에 숨어들지만 집 안에 사람이 있다는 것을 알게 되고 계획에 차질이 생긴다.
메그와 세라는 가까스로 패닉 룸 안으로 몸을 숨기지만, 어떻게든 그들을 패닉 룸 밖으로 나오게 해야 하는 침입자 일당들은 온갖 수단을 동원해 협박하기 시작한다.
시간이 흐르면서 각자 목적과 입장이 다른 침입자들 사이에 균열이 일어나게 되고,
당뇨를 앓고 있는 세라가 갑작스러운 발작을 하게 되자 메그가 주사를 가지러 패닉 룸 밖으로 나가기로 결정하면서 상황은 점점 예상치 못한 방향으로 흘러가게 되는데…

1. Order cancellation
- Cancellation cannot be made after 12:00p.m. on the next day of the order date, though the shipment hasn’t begun.
