이는 대부분 디스크 제작 불량이 아니라 수평, 침압 설정 등이 원인입니다.
기기 문제로 인해 발생하는 재생 불량 현상에 대해서는 반품/교환이 불가하니 톤암 조절이 가능한 기기에서 재생하실 것을 권유드립니다.
2) 정전기와 먼지로 인해 재생이 원활하지 않은 경우가 있습니다.

장나라 2집 앨범 <Sweet Dream> LP 발매!!
2002년 발매된 장나라의 2집 앨범 <Sweet Dream>은 기본적으로 R&B와 팝적인 발라드가 주를 이루고 있다. '아마도 사랑이겠죠'는 화려하면서 세련된 화음을 입힌 R&B 곡이며, 인기리에 방영되었던 MBC드라마 "내사랑 팥쥐"의 주제가이자 타이틀곡인 'Sweet Dream'은 반복되는 듯 하면서 단순하지 않은 멜로디가 특색으로 이 곡은 애니메이션 '어머 물고기가 됐어요’의 삽입곡 'Mother Nature'를 번안한곡이다. 이외에도 잔잔한 32인조 오케스트라와의 협연이 돋보이는 애절한 발라드곡 '혼자서도 잘해요'와 'I'll Be There For You' 이 두 곡은, 장나라 특유의 중저음을 살린 매력적인 보컬이 돋보이는 곡들이다. 그리고 예전 전영록의 히트곡을 새로운 pop음악으로 리메이크 한 '바람아 멈추어다오'. 화려하면서 세련된 화음을 입힌 R&B 형식의 “아마도 사랑이겠죠”, ‘Sweet Dream’에 이은 후속곡으로 1위에 올랐던 ‘Snowman’ 등이 수록되어 있으며 곡 하나하나에 많은 변화와 노력을 기울인 흔적이 엿보인다.

2. Exchange/Refund
- Exchange/refund request can be registered through email(or channel talk) within 7 days after delivery.
- The round-trip shipping rate is charged to the customer for exchange/refund due to customer’s private reasons.
- If refund is approved after request, then we will guide you in regard to the refund charge and round-trip delivery fees.
- If the product is different from our description/advertisement on the page, or you are eligible for exchange/refund due to product malfunction or wrong delivery, then the shipping rate for refund/exchange will be paid by our company.

3. Cases when refund is not possible

- When the product is used or laundered at least once

- When the refund date has passed
- When the product or its packaging is damaged
4. Delivery Information
1) Shipping Charge
- The international shipping price differs according to the weight and rate set by the shipping company (box weight included).
2) Delivery Date
- Generally, delivery is completed within a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 business days after payment is completed.
- The delivery date may change depending on the country, product inventory, customs, and other factors.

3) Precautions (The delivery date may be inevitably delayed due to the circumstances below. We ask for your kind understanding.)
